    "Right from the start of our collaboration with Mr Viorel Oltei I was convinced that the project is in good hands. As Project Manager in charge of getting all the permits for the Authorization of the Nursery School and Setting up the location, he was responsible and committed to achieving the set goals.

    Considering the financial and temporary limitations we were faced with in this project, without experienced skills in finding efficient, reliable and sometimes surprising solutions, we wouldn’t be enjoying now the satisfaction of a successful nursery school. His sense of humour on one hand, but also his ability to show authority when success depended on it, his way of loosening up those burdensome situations, have all contributed to the triumph of the team.
